Deliveries and Returns
Delivery will be made between Monday and Friday.
All orders over £100 will be delivered free of charge anywhere in mainland UK. Any orders less than £100 will be subject to a £7.50 delivery charge. For all other destinations please see our shipping costs page for details -
click here. Goods are normally dispatched within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment.
In the unlikely event of Goods being unavailable for dispatch within 7 days you will be contacted by our Customer Service team and will be given the option to cancel your order without penalty.
Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within 3-5 workings days of payment, but may take up to 7 days for some larger products that require specialist courier delivery.
If no one is available to take delivery from our couriers, a calling card will be left. If you do not contact the courier, a further two delivery attempts will be made. If the courier is still unable to deliver after this point the Goods will be returned to Iconic Lights.
Please note you should examine your Goods at point of delivery. If the package is damaged please sign delivery paperwork 'accepted package damaged' or if you so wish refuse the delivery.
Cancellation, Returns And Refund Policy
Should you wish to cancel your order at any time you must contact us in writing (letter, email or fax), quoting your name, item code and order number within 7 days of delivery of the Goods. The date of delivery will be as recorded by our courier.
At Iconic Lights we offer a 7 day no questions asked money back guarantee.
You must contact us in writing (letter, email or fax), quoting your name, item code and order number from your invoice within 7 days of delivery of any goods to be returned, shortages, or if you wish to report any damaged or faulty goods.
The date of delivery will be as recorded by our courier.
Once we have your contact details, our customer service team will contact you to help resolve the issue and in the case of Goods to be returned, give you, your customer order number.
Goods sent back to Iconic Lights without a customer order number will not be accepted.
All Goods must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all other associated components sent with them such as light bulbs and fixing packs.
Goods should not have been installed, modified or used in any way and should be in an undamaged condition. The cost of returning the Goods and insuring them against loss or damage will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price if a collection is arranged by Iconic Lights.
Alternatively Goods can be sent back by your own method of transportation at your own cost.
Your refund will be made within 14 days of return of the Goods.
