Free returns which are light on effort.

We offer free returns on all our products. From the date you receive your goods, you have 30 days to return your order to us, free of charge. You also have 30 days upon receipt of your goods to report any faults, defects or damages – we would recommend letting us know as soon as possible, as we would like to get this sorted for you.

All our products come with a 1 year warranty.

How do I return my order?

Returning your order is easy! Just follow the 6 simple steps below (if you’re returning a few parcels, you’ll need to do this process for each parcel):

1. Pack the item(s) you are returning into its original packaging (if you can, no pressure) with all the components and fixtures that it came with. Click the ‘Return My Order’ button below to create your free returns label with Evri.

2. Pop in your order number, (this will appear on your order confirmation email) and your email address.  We will then email you your returns label.

3. Let us know why you’re returning your item.

4. We’ve got 3 return options for you to pick from; parcelshop drop-off, locker drop-off or courier collection (this one requires a printer, sorry!) – they’re all free of charge, but choose the one that works best for you! (this page will also show the dimensions of the parcels that are acceptable for the return label)

5. Make sure you agree to the terms and conditions, then you’ll get an email with all the information you need to make your return. Easy peasy!

Refunds.

We will always process your refund as quickly as possible. Once we have received your return from our courier, our Customer Service Team will action your refund – you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed (please note that the refund amount you receive may have discounts applied, if a discount code was used when placing your order).

Please note, it may take several days for us to receive your return from the courier, but rest assured, your refund will be processed as soon as we have received the goods.

Depending on your bank, your refund may take 3-5 working days to appear in your account.
