Refunds & Returns 

At Iconic Lights, we offer a 30 day no quibble money back guarantee.

You must contact us in writing (letter or email) on the below contact details, quoting your name, item code and order number from your invoice within 30 days of delivery of any goods to be returned, shortages, or if you wish to report any damaged or faulty goods.

The date of delivery will be recorded by our courier.

Once we have your contact details, our customer service team will contact you to help resolve the issue and in the case of returning goods, we will assist you with the necessary action to be taken.

All goods must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all other associated components sent with them such as light bulbs and fixing packs.

Goods should not have been installed, modified or used in any way and should be in an undamaged condition. The cost of returning the goods and insuring them against loss or damage will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price if a collection is arranged by Iconic Lights.

Alternatively, goods can be sent back by your own method of transportation at your own cost.

Your refund will be made within 30 days of return of the goods.

Damaged Goods

You should examine your goods at point of delivery. If the package is damaged please sign delivery paperwork ‘accepted packaged damaged’ or if you wish, refuse the delivery.

You must contact us in writing (letter or email), quoting your name, item code and order number from your invoice within 30 days of delivery of any damaged goods to be returned.

Warranty/Guarantee

Iconic Lights guarantees all goods for 1 year from the date of receipt against defective parts, materials and manufacture.

A qualified electrician must carry out installation of goods to applicable standards where relevant otherwise this guarantee will be void.

If goods have become damaged as a result of misuse this warranty is void. After 30 working days from the date of delivery, goods returned will be repaired or replaced dependent upon the nature of the fault.

These conditions are in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 and your statutory rights are not affected.
