Not your style? Return any item for free within 14 days of receiving it by following the below steps. Reporting any damages or faults is easy, just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

You’re in control

 

Pack the item(s) back into the original box with all components and click “Return My Order” below:

 

Choose the return option that’s best for you, fill in the details and generate your label (your Order ID is your 9-digit order number from your order confirmation email from us – it should begin with 500)

 

3 Print off and attach the label to your parcel

 

4 Complete drop off at your chosen Parcelshop/locker location OR sit back, relax and await your collection driver!

 

 

Can't Print Returns Label?

If you can’t print your free returns label, please contact Customer Services on 0161 837 6092 and they will be able to send the label to you in the post

OR

Choose the Parcelshop Drop Off option via the above link – they can scan the QR code in store from your label email confirmation.

 

When will I get my refund?

Our dedicated Customer Services team aim to have your refund processed within 3-5 days of receiving the returned item(s).
