- Choose the return option that’s best for you, fill in the details and generate your label (your Order ID is your 9-digit order number from your order confirmation email from us – it should begin with 500);
- Print off and attach the label to your parcel;
- Complete drop off at your chosen Parcelshop/locker location OR sit back, relax and await your collection driver!
If you can’t print your free returns label, please contact Customer Services on 0161 837 6092 and they will be able to send the label to you in the post
Choose the Parcelshop Drop Off option via the above link – they can scan the QR code in store from your label email confirmation
When will I get my refund?
