How Do I Return? 

1  Pack the item(s) back into the original box with all components and click “Return My Order” below:

2  Choose the package option that best suits what it is you're returning, fill in the details and generate your label (your Order ID is your 9-digit order number from your order confirmation email from us – it should begin with 500)

3  Print off and attach the label to your parcel

4  Complete drop off at your local Post Office




Return Label

When you create a return label, you will receive a QR code to your e-mail address. This is scanned at the Post Office where the return label will be printed off for you.


When Will I Get My refund?

Our dedicated Customer Service team aim to have your refund processed within 3-5 days of receiving the returned item(s).
